Why host SugarCRM with Primal Blue?

• Primal Blue was one of the first companies to offer dedicated hosting for SugarCRM. We've been in the hosting business for years and were thrilled to add this product to our hosting services in July of 2004.  

What is the added value that Primal Blue provides? 

• Primal Blue provides technical support and hosting services. Let us handle the technical side, while you focus on your business.
  
  In addition to our standard services, we have programmers that are experienced with the application and can provide custonizations on a per project basis.

Is there a user limit?

• No, we do not limit user accounts. Our hosted accounts are based on disk space and data transfer usage.

What is your backup policy?

• All our servers are backup nightly. In addition if you'd like to make your own backups we provide access to your MySQL database via phpMyAdmin.

When are upgrades performed on my account?

• When SugarCRM releases a new version we conduct functionality testing and will begin updating custom accounts as requested. The new releases are applied to customer sites the same day we receive customer approval.

How long does it take to setup my account?

• All accounts are setup the same day. Typically setup will be accomplished within 3 hours after signup.

I currently have a SugarCRM installation, can I import my database?

• Yes, send us an export or your MySQL database and we'll import it free of charge.

What version of Sugar do you Host?

• We offer the latest version of SugarCRM Open Source.

What Operating Systems can I choose from?

• Your SugarCRM account can be hosted on a Linux or Windows Installation.
  • Red Hat Enterprise 3 or
  • Windows 2003 Standard Edition.

Do you have a demo I can see?

• Yes, feel free to explore the SugarCRM Open Source Demo.

Can you upload a contact list for us?

• Yes, if you need assistance on uploading contacts or other information, we'll be happy to assist. There is no charge for basic assistance. However if you need apply complex logic to an upload we will quote the project for you.

Can I use a domain or sub domain to access my account?

• We can setup your SugarCRM hosting account anyway you want. Our typical installations are listed below. If you need something special, contact us.
